Full payment for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and
Certificate of Registration (COR) classes is payable prior to receiving your certification
Installment payments can be made for the Real Estate License course.
The total cost of this course is:
$3,500 for a traineeship
Initial deposit of $1,500 is to be paid upfront together with your enrollment form to gain access to the Core Subject material.
Final payment of $1,500 due 7 days after commencement
Fees include all resource material which will be supplied solely by REAL+ EDUCATION. No additional texts are necessary.
There are no refunds for cancellations less than 24 hours prior to commencement of the training. For cancellations more than ten (10) days prior to the training course, an administration fee of 20% of the course fee will apply. For cancellations less than ten (10) days prior to the training course, Real Plus Education will transfer your enrolment to another date but no refund will apply.
For course transfers less than 24 hours prior to the commencement of the training, an administration fee of 50% of the course fee will apply.
At the successful conclusion of the entire course the participant will be issued the relevant Certificate or Statement of Attainment by REAL+ EDUCATION. Should the participant require this to be re‐printed, at any time, there will be a fee of $50.00 of each original certificate or statement issued.
For assessments that are deemed “Not Yet Competent” the participant is provided with two (2) opportunities for resubmission, both at no additional cost. Should the assessment continue to be deemed “Not Yet Competent” the participant may be asked to re‐enroll in that subject, at 50% the usual fee. If the participant believes that the finding is unjustified, there is provision for appeal (See Appeals policy).
