Real Estate License
All agents registered or licensed through NSW Fair Trading are required to complete annual CPD training set out by the Director General as below. CPD is now required to be conducted in the calendar year of 23 March – 22 March (12 months), regardless of the renewal date for your licence. Compulsory subjects are set by the Director General and are subject to change each year.
A person holding a Certificate of Registration is called an Assistant Agent and must follow a ‘career pathway’ to complete their qualification within four years.
You will be required to undertake training in all 3 compulsory topics (1 hour per topic)
Real Estate Explained can offer individual training or we can come to your agency and deliver on-site for multiple participants.
For Class 1 or Class 2 to enroll for any of these subjects, click on the link under your category of licence. Assistant Agents should contact us to discuss the possibility of recognition of current competency (for more information check out the homepage under RPL).
